Transborder Communications, TBC, brings a unique new dimension to national and binational communications. Its purpose is to inform, educate and expose US businesses and the public at large on the tremendous opportunities available in Mexico and within the US-Hispanic community.

TBC founders, Patrick Osio, Jr. and Hector C. Molina, bring over 100 years of combined experience in business and marketing consultancy, writing and media production. The founders have garnered a multitude of awards in their respective fields.<./p>

TBC's first production, The Baja Real Estate Boom: Opportunities & Pitfalls, a 24-minute video documentary providing exquisite aerial and ground photography of the explosive real estate developments for the US market along the Tijuana to Ensenada Pacific Coast, identified the reasons creating such high interest with American buyers, and examined the pitfalls faced by unwary buyers providing how to safely buy through a series of interviews with attorneys, title insurance executives, local real estate professionals of high repute, US mortgage lenders; discussed real estate reforms taking place in Baja California and showcasing some of the best developments.

TBC helped organize a one day conference at UCLA Extension University dealing with the issue. The conference was a sell out attended by attorneys, investors and real estate professionals. The documentary premiered opening the conference where it was met with rave reviews. UCLA provided a complimentary DVD of the documentary to each of the attendees.

TBC will be producing a series of DVD documentaries as well as interactive CDs covering a host of topics and economic sectors aimed at creating economic development opportunities for American and Mexican citizens.
